Urgent calls have been dealt with promptly, they have worked through many issues that have required time and patience to be resolved to a satisfactory conclusion.  Where appropriate proposing solutions to resolve issues and ensure they do not reoccur unnecessarily.   Where unexpected additional works have been revealed during the course of various works costs have been amicable, negotiated to both our satisfaction in a timely manner. Along with the callout / repairs service BFM have provided us with a project team to work on larger works requiring estimates and quotes. We have been happy to accept these quotes based on the quality of the work and the competitive costs. They have been flexible where projects have required extra time or expectations have changed and developed.  BFM staff have been professional, well organised and provides us with a service we continue to use".
